Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Acheteur(se) Commodité Stratégique dans le cadre de multiples projets dintégration de solutions réseau sur la région Europe du Nord.

Sur ce poste vous serez responsable de la sélection de la négociation des contrats et de la performance des fournisseurs associés de la phase dappel doffres (ITO) à la phase exécution (OTR).

Vous répondrez aux exigences spécifiques des clients pour chaque projet tout en garantissant les meilleures pratiques en partageant des améliorations continues avec les autres acheteurs.

Vous serez également chargé(e) didentifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts et des risques tout au long du cycle de vie du projet et de la chaîne dapprovisionnement. Vous soutiendrez la mise en œuvre dinitiatives côté approvisionnement telles que la durabilité et lamélioration des processus.

We are looking for a French speaking Strategic Commodity Buyer for dedicated and assigned commodities across multiple Grid Solutions Integration Projects throughout the North Europe Region.

As the successful Commodity Buyer you will be responsible for selection contract negotiation and performance of the associated suppliers from tendering stage (ITO) to execution (OTR).

You shall addresses customer specific requirements for each project while assuring best practices sharing continuous improvement among other commodity buyers.

You will also be responsible for identifying cost out and de risking opportunities throughout the project life cycle / supply chain and supporting implementation of Sourcing initiatives such as sustainability and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Définir la stratégie fournisseurs y compris la gestion et loptimisation des panels de fournisseurs.
• Promouvoir activement la communication avec les fournisseurs afin daméliorer les prix les délais et les conditions contractuelles afin datténuer les risques des projets.
• Préparer et lancer les appels doffres négocier les contrats en coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et transmettre les informations aux achats.
• Prioriser la (re) négociation des contrats anticiper la collecte dinformations et les discussions pour accélérer la conclusion des contrats lors de la phase OTR.
• Coordonner lévaluation de la performance des fournisseurs gérer lexécution des contrats en cours et influencer le positionnement stratégique pour les prochaines transactions.
• Cartographier le marché des fournisseurs en fonction des capacités des intérêts commerciaux des performances passées et de la zone géographique pour chaque segment.
• Partager les évolutions du marché les principaux indices les meilleures pratiques au sein de léquipe et entre les autres organisations GEV ainsi que des modèles et des listes de contrôle.
• Soutenir et favoriser la mise en œuvre des initiatives dapprovisionnement.
• Assurer la liaison et travailler en étroite collaboration avec léquipe en charge des offres commerciales pour soutenir des offres compétitives et précises lors de la phase d appel doffres.

Qualifications recherchées

• Expertise en approvisionnement stratégique et en gestion de contrats projet expérience professionnelle démontrée
• La certification CIPS est un atout
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
• Langue(s) : maîtrise obligatoire du Français et de langlais
• Logiciel bureautique (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement global

Responsibilities

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels.
• Actively driving the communication towards suppliers to improve pricing lead times and contract terms to de risk projects.
• Prepare and launch RFQs negotiate the contracts in coordination with the internal stakeholders and transmit information to Procurement.
• Prioritize contract (re)negotiation anticipate information gathering and discussions to accelerate contract agreement in OTR.
• Coordinate the assessment of the suppliers performance to manage the on-going contracts execution and to influence the strategic positioning for next deals.
• Map the supplier market per capabilities business interest past performance geographical area for each segment.
• Share market evolutions key indexes best practices within the team and across other GE organisations templates checklists.
• Support and drive implementation of Sourcing initiatives.
• Liaise and work closely with bid team to support competitive and accurate bids at tender stage.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Project Contract Management with demonstrated years of working experience.
• Preferably CIPS qualified.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Language: French & English - essential
• Office Software (Word Excel Power point Outlook).
• Ability to work in a global environment.
