Then this opportunity might be just right for you! KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking an International Seed Production Expert (m/f/d) for our Business Unit Corn & Sunflower.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and further developing the production and processing of sunflower and corn seeds while working closely with global stakeholders across KWS.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony Germany) starting as soon as possible. A flexible option for (partial) remote work is also available.

Your Tasks Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

Implement new production processes for corn & sunflower seed with a strong focus on sunflower (e.g. QualityPro roadmap improvement programs)
Support planning steering and coordination of the annual production of basic demo and commercial sunflower seed
Optimize seeds availability and overall quality of the seeds produced
Develop revise and monitor production standard guidelines for sunflower and corn in close cooperation with Quality Assurance and Production Research departments
Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives in seed production

Your Profile - Where Competence Meets Personality:

University degree in agricultural sciences with relevant experience preferably in sunflower seed production
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in complex international environments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
Strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to initiate and implement sustainable change
High level of customer focus (internal and external)
Solid IT skills independent and structured working style
Convincing presence combined with proactive contribution of ideas
Strong commitment self-organization and flexibility
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 40-50% depending on season and region primarily within Europe) valid drivers license required
