Job Summary
We at Leggett & Platt are searching for a Master Planner within our operation team to help support our Hydraulic business. Over the last 73 years PACOMA has built a reputation as a world-class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. PACOMA is a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling construction agriculture and transportation markets. If you join our team your work will ensure customers across the world have high-quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.
As a Master Planner you will have the opportunity to planning and organization of all deliveries worldwide. Correspondence with international customers.
Your challenge
Monitor demand deviation instruct and adjust production plan analyze the root cause for demand changes.
Weekly review orders and forecast from headquarter and feedback delivery date with reviewing material situation and keep the delivery on time.
Participate MPS meeting and generate master plan by considering capacity bottleneck.
Lead the production planning activity for production line assigned.
Lead the implementation of right scheduling operation system.
Track production attainment.
Create and maintain production orders for in-house production and trade parts.
Track finished goods inventory value.
Plan and implement demand change implementation plan.
Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.
Your profile
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Familia with the processing technology and processing process of the product.
Strong capacity planning (man-hours/equipment utilization) and safety stock strategies.
Excellent English.
Strong PC and SAP system skilled.
