  • What Youll Do:
    Act as a strategic advisor to division leaders aligning HR initiatives with business goals to foster a positive efficient and compliant work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted expert to leadership on employee relations performance management conflict resolution and complex investigations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk by staying current on labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead key HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other HR Business Partners and Generalists.
  • Build collaborative relationships with union representatives (experience a plus).

What You Bring:

Experience: 7 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with deep expertise in employee relations and strategic advising.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.

Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Exceptional judgment discretion and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using HRIS systems (ADP a plus).
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership.

Requirements: Ability to travel regularly to various program locations across Massachusetts. A hybrid schedule of remote and on-site work is required.
