Mpower is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time W-2 Residential Solar Setter representative at our Middletown Connecticut location. The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic positive mental attitude strong critical thinking skills and will be highly ambitious. Optimally in line with the companys growth goals the candidate will matriculate into Senior Solar Leader in less than 12 months and earn 3x their starting income.

Income Expectation:
- Starting Base Commission On-Target Earnings: $70000K

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales appointments with prospective customers at their door
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
- Participate in daily in-office training camps focused on increasing your earning potential team building and mentorship from our leaders
- Support Solar Account Executives through effective communication and note taking
Qualifications:
- 1 (one) year of experience in a door-to-door sales canvassing or service position preferred not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly intelligent problem-solving mindset
- Competitive money-driven personality
- Must be available Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Must be able to commute to Middletown CT
