What does the position look like
In Retail Care you are the go-to person for our retail partners in Germany Austria and Switzerland. You manage several customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships. Questions or complaints You handle them quickly and make sure customers get clear answers. And while youre at it you log everything neatly so processes keep running smoothly.
Order handling is part of your daily routine. You check availability plan deliveries smartly and take local requirements or specific client demands into account. If the schedule changes you make sure everything still lines up. At the same time you keep optimizing the order flow so customers get exactly what they expect and preferably a little more.
Numbers also catch your eye. You analyze sales results spot trends and share your findings with sales managers. This way you help to hit targets and make room for new opportunities.
And if something goes wrong along the way You solve it independently and remain the trusted contact for your customers. For them you are Dorel Juvenile: reliable fast and always with a solution.

- 32 to 40 hours per week.
- 2500 to 2900 gross per month.

What do you bring
- A few years of experience in a similar role or a strong can-do mentality. Also experience in sales customer service or administration.
- Experience with ERP systems and B2B retail.
- Excellent command of German and English. Strong communicator clear friendly and reassuring.
- Understanding of retailers and parents needs and respect for customers and colleagues alike.
- Youre a true team player who stays calm and keeps an overview.
