LOCATION

Apprenticeship in Dole (39).

YOUR MISSIONS

Contribute to updating the groups cleaning reference standards for cheese-making technologies.
Conduct and/or monitor trials to improve standards.
Participate in working group meetings on washing and clean design topics.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Final year of an Agro-food Engineering program
Technical skills: Knowledge of basic hygiene rules
Personal skills: Rigor autonomy team spirit learning capacity and curiosity: essential qualities for an apprentice
Languages: Ability to write in English is desirable
