Are you a leader who believes collaboration can break barriers and strengthen communities The Business Community Anti-Poverty Initiative (BCAPI) is looking for an Executive Director to guide our mission to end generational poverty in Saint John through a collective impact model.
By connecting business leaders with community leaders BCAPI works with a diverse network of partners businesses government educational institutions philanthropic foundations nonprofit and neighbourhood organizations to lead change in our community. BCAPI acts as a catalyst for lasting impact on children families and communities.
About the Role
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of BCAPI working closely with the board and external stakeholders to close the education and employment gap for vulnerable children support families and strengthen the capacity of our city and province to prepare for the future today.
This is a hands-on leadership role where business and community come together to create transformational change. The Executive Director provides strategic direction and advocacy by connecting businesses with community partners to ensure long-term sustainability and employment opportunities in the community.
