Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor
What youll do:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of equipment machinery and facility systems. This role involves supervising a team of technicians and external suppliers supporting maintenance engineers executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor ensures adherence to safety standards budget compliance and operational targets aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
What is required:
*Bachelors degree in mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or related Engineering field. *Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance role with at least 2 years leading engineering teams. *English proficiency required *Schedule: Flexibility to support operations during weekends or extended hours as required. *TPM CMRP Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred).
