Key Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services to patients in Livonia MI and surrounding areas
Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient care plans
Manage and document patient progress and treatment plans

Schedule and Shift Details

Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): M-F 8am-5pm; part-time (18 units/week); no weekends holidays or on call

Qualifications

Required

Masters degree or higher
Healthcare (1 years)
1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
Valid Speech Therapist in Michigan (MI)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
