Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Tech you will play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems including air conditioners furnaces heat pumps and ductwork.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicating with clients to explain system issues and repair solutions in a clear professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Following safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in training as required.
- Servicing a variety of systems including ACs Furnaces Mini-splits Boilers etc.
What Does It Take
- Current drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Clear background check.
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
- Outgoing professional clean-cut and drug-free.
- Quick sound decision-making abilities.
- Highly motivated flexible with a great attitude towards life.
- Ability to demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
- Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces.
- Effective communication skills both individually and in a team environment.
