3-5 Must Haves	- Strong background in SQL and Excel - Experience using Business Intelligence/ Data Visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) - Creating/Maintaining report designs in Access and/or SSRS -Knowledge of GAAP accounting

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university program and at least three years of related experience * Experience with Newstar accounting system and/or BuildPro homebuilding system is a plus * Excellent analytical and reporting skills * Excellent computer and problem-solving skills * Exceptional skill in Excel including pivots advanced formula writing and ODBC SQL queries * Strong background in SQL and reporting (excel a data visualization tool i.e. Tableau or Power BI) * Able to create and maintain report designs in Access and/or SSRS * Knowledge and understanding of GAAP accounting * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multi-task successfully and respond to internal/external customers in a timely manner * Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative * Experience using Business Intelligence/Data Visualization software (Power BI Tableau Dundas BI)
