Job Summary

Analyze large complex data sets (e.g. invoices payment history sales orders) to identify patterns risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards reports and models using tools such as Power BI Excel and SQL.
Provide actionable insights to teams including Collections Credit and Sales (e.g. identify high-risk customers prioritize accounts track outstanding balances).
Translate insights into small programs or initiatives and measure their success (e.g. reduction in overdue invoices by X%).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations and Sales to support decision-making.
Ensure accuracy timeliness and clarity of reporting.

Required Skills : 5 years of professional experience in data analysis reporting or business analytics. Hands-on experience with Power BI Excel (advanced functions pivot tables) SQL or similar tools. Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (collections AR credit cash applications). Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Excellent communication skills; ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter proactive and detail-oriented; comfortable working independently. Nice to Have: Experience in ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar). Exposure to finance collections or AR reporting environments.
