Job Description

- Analyze large complex data sets (e.g. invoices payment history sales orders) to identify patterns risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards reports and models using tools such as Power BI Excel and SQL.
- Provide actionable insights to teams including Collections Credit and Sales (e.g. identify high-risk customers prioritize accounts track outstanding balances).
- Translate insights into small programs or initiatives and measure their success (e.g. reduction in overdue invoices by X%).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations and Sales to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy timeliness and clarity of reporting.
Required Skills : 5 years of professional experience in data analysis reporting or business analytics. Hands-on experience with Power BI Excel (advanced functions pivot tables) SQL or similar tools. Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (collections AR credit cash applications). Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Excellent communication skills; ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter proactive and detail-oriented; comfortable working independently. Nice to Have: Experience in ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar). Exposure to finance collections or AR reporting environments.
