Responsibilities:
Lead briefings support the kitchen team manage event flow and keep leadership aligned.
Inspire your team welcome new talent shape menus with smart costing and keep communication flowing across departments
Deliver fast safe and tailored servicesolving guest dietary needs with confidence and care
Rock a professional look keep hygiene top-notch and champion quality every step of the way.
Keep an eye on waste and champion Hiltons Travel with Purpose by refusing reducing reusing and recycling like a sustainability superstar.
About You:
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
A seasoned CDP with hotel chops hungry for the next big step in their culinary journey!
Flexible for weekends and eveningsand good to go right away!
