Job Description
- Bachelors Degree in Physics Optics Electrical Engineering Material Science Engineering or similar and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the design fabrication and characterization of optoelectronic materials and devices.
- Experience with software such as Matlab Python JMP Excel or similar
- M.S or PhD in Physics Optics Electrical Engineering or Material Science Engineering and with 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in the electrical and optical design and validation of optoelectronic devices with a particular focus on organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in active matrix flat panel displays strongly preferred particularly in display optics and electronics fabrication processes and system design.
- Proven track record in product development from ideation to commercialization in the display industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high aptitude to collaborate with team members from multiple engineering disciplines.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Prior industrial or commercially relevant experience will be a key enabler to function in this role.
