Were currently seeking an experiencedRegional Sales Managerto join our team to support our California region. Territory includes Nevada Northern and Southern California and Hawaii. This role reports into the Regional Vice President for the West and is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships withelectrical wholesale distributors and end users. Youll collaborate closely withRegional Vice Presidents National Account Managers andManufacturers Representative Agentsto drive sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales activities within a designated geographical territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors and end users
  • Support and collaborate with Manufacturers Representative Agents in the region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by leadership
  • Represent NSI at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations both in-person and virtually
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment
Requirements:
  • 57 years of sales experience in theelectrical or related industry
  • Proven success in a regional or territory sales management role
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with distribution channels
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
The salary range for this role is $110000$130000 depending on addition the position includes a sales commission plan of 30%.
