Colonial Cadillac of Woburn is seeking afriendly detail-oriented Cashier/Receptionistto join our team. This is a key front-line role responsible for creating a positive first impression with customers while providing professional support to our service and sales departments.
What Youll Do
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Answer and direct a high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Submit and process warranty payments in a timely manner
Maintain attention to detail with all transactions and paperwork
Support the service department with additional administrative tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
Previouscustomer service experiencerequired (retail hospitality or office environment)
Strongprofessional phone presenceand ability to manage multiple incoming calls
Detail-orientedwith strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable professional and committed to providing a great customer experience
Prior automotive dealership or cashier experience a plus but not required
