What youll do:

• Lead the design development and continuous innovation of REST API CLI and GUI automation frameworks for the Neurons MDM platform.
• Build and automate end-to-end testing scenarios for both legacy and new features across iOS Android macOS and Windows environments.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for daily production runs ensuring consistent quality and fast delivery.
• Collaborate deeply with SRE support and cross-functional teams on triaging issues debugging product failures and improving reliability.
• Communicate results share automated scenarios and actively align testing goals with stakeholders from engineering product and leadership.
• Identify and prioritize customer-driven scenarios for comprehensive automation and delivery.
• Advise and support multiple global engineering teams in automation strategy and E2E test coverage.
• Log issues analyze root causes and help drive quick resolutions to keep our platforms secure and performant.

What you will bring:

• 8 years in automation engineering with hands-on expertise in Java and Python.
• Proven experience designing automation with Selenium Rest Assured TestNG and scripting languages (Python Shell).
• Strong familiarity with PSQL/NoSQL databases CI/CD tools and cloud environments (AWS Azure).
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automation in testing.
• Deep understanding of design patterns data structures and microservices architecture.
• Good exposure to Kubernetes Linux and DevOps practices.
• Strong communicatorable to work collaboratively in global Agile teams and share knowledge clearly and concisely.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and teamwork skills; always striving for better solutions.
• Knowledge of security standards and experience in large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
• (Nice to have) Certifications in automation/testing experience working in diverse and multicultural organizations.
