In this role you will be working with inhouse and contracted experts developing the Finance Systems environment backbone of which is NetSuite ERP. Netsuite is complemented by other connected finance systems. Due to Wolts wide geographical presence our solution has a high degree of localization and customization and we believe that makes this position attractive for an experienced system developer.
As a part of the Wolt Finance Development team youd be surrounded by awesome colleagues with experience on both general finance process development and finance systems. Youll also get to work closely with Key Users and Process Owners from the core finance teams in breaking down issues and challenges in the solution into actionable system development projects.
What youll be doing
- Subject matter expert solutions developer and project manager for the finance system development projects related to our Multi-Subsidiary Finance solution
- Analyze control and improve solution performance for process and operations efficiency
- Design develop and build customizations that support business and compliance requirements within NetSuite and the integrated solutions e.g. Wolt platform
- Work with the team to manage priorities for support development and maintenance on short and long term
- Coordinate maintenance operations and development activities in NetSuite to ensure availability and robustness of the solution together with external partners
- Collaborate across internal and 3rd Party stakeholder to identify opportunities for data and process integration; evaluate and make recommendations regarding proposed design modifications
- Support system testing integration and documentation efforts create operational efficiency through automation and process improvements
Our humble expectations*
- Experience from working with NetSuite technical developments
- Experience in collaborating with external partners and multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience in developing system processes and implementing them in ERP using scripts customizations and workflows (SuiteScript 1.0 2.0 2.x SuiteBuilder etc.)
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting existing customizations made in-house or sourced from 3rd party Bundles
- Familiarity in integration methods and mapping data across multiple systems and databases (SOAP REST RESTlets SuiteAnalytics Connect etc.)
- Proof points of system development roadmap management and project management
- Past experience in core finance process (i.e. accounting management reporting) is definitely seen as a plus
- Preferably youve worked with data intense industries such as FMCG or large scale B2C businesses
- Top candidates are also able to communicate clearly to both technical people and financial end users
