Job Summary
A leading provider of commercial HVAC services in the Lancaster area renowned for their commitment to exceptional customer service technical expertise and high standards in the HVAC industry is looking to hire a new Commercial Service HVAC Technician to service the Lancaster PA area.
The role is based in Lititz PA and requires travel within the Lancaster area utilizing a company-provided vehicle. This is a first-shift position with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units split systems and other industrial-grade equipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to service requests ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify needs and recommend solutions enhancing the performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
- Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness on job sites.
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple service calls per day with a high standard of workmanship.
Key Requirements:
- 12-15 years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and repair skills on complex commercial systems.
- In-depth knowledge of heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems common in commercial buildings.
- A valid drivers license with a clean insurable driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- Proficiency with modern tools and technology including digital diagnostic tools and mobile service applications.
- Physical capability to handle the demands of HVAC service work including lifting bending and working in varied environmental conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred.
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) or similar licensure as required.
- A commitment to continuous learning in the HVAC field and staying updated on industry trends.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
