A Team Member Restaurant Coordinator is responsible for making MEs feel at home by providing a warm welcome assisting them in seating and offering a warm farewell. They will assist in any way possible to ensure the guest is completely satisfied.

What will I do

As a Team Member Restaurant Coordinator you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner to provide an excellent guest and member experience. The Coordinator is also required to have extensive menu knowledge. Specifically they will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Handle Team Member inquiries in a friendly timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure familiarity with the menu and all products.
• Follow proper reporting procedures in case of problems.
• Apply Hilton grooming standards including the uniform dress code cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously and promptly taking legible and accurate messages and delivering them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Familiarize yourself with the restaurants seating arrangements.
• Comply with hotel safety regulations fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
