Job Description:
- Obtains meal orders from patients and families via the telephone and faxed requests. Enters meal orders into the system established for menu processing. Verifies meal orders meet diet order parameters.
- Processes credit card charges following confidential and privacy guidelines.
- Coordinates call center processes with production and tray assembly areas.
- Acts as a liaison between Nutrition Services the patient family and nursing units.
Education Requirement:
High School Graduate or equivalent required.

Skills:
Ability to use computer efficiently
Ability to communicate to others in a clear concise manner
Ability to use headset on phone while placing order in computer
Customer service skills.
Knowledge of credit card processing.
Experience:
Three months food service experience required.
