What Youll Do (Future Roles May Include)
- Develop and apply brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across print digital experiential and social platforms.
- Create high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns corporate communications internal presentations employer branding and people experience initiatives.
- Contribute to design projects from concept to completion collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time brand-right results.
- Translate brand objectives into visually compelling concepts that elevate Stanleys presence internally and externally.
- Brainstorm and partner with creative teams marketing and communications stakeholders to deliver innovative ideas and best-in-class visual storytelling.
- Manage and organize design assets templates and vendor coordination for flawless production.
Who You Are
- A creative problem-solver with 35 years of professional experience in brand visual or graphic design (corporate or agency).
- Skilled at branding identity design visual design print experiential and digital design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Figma; experience with CMS ESP or DAM tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals typography and color theory with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator able to present concepts effectively and adapt to feedback.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Holds a degree in Visual Communications Graphic Art or Graphic Design or equivalent direct work experience.
- Online portfolio showcasing relevant high-quality finished work and in-process examples.
