Responsible for managing a small project defined either in size time or importance.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Create and maintain project documentation for project planning requirements analysis risk management issues management status reporting project communication and quality assurance
• Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to accomplish program objectives including change management
• Plans and directs small projects to completion
• Manages project scope cost timeline and risk management
• Accepts and delegates authority establishes priorities for work delegated to others
• Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed
• Coordinate communication between suppliers customers and team members (e.g. Engineering Purchasing Manufacturing Assembly Service Testing Quality Control and Marketing departments) as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student working towards a Bachelors degree in Business International Studies or other related field throughout entire duration of the internship
• Graduation date of December 2026 or later

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
