THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Run Analyst for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Guarantee the management of incident requests
- Guarantee the performance of operational monitoring over the allocated period by ensuring responsiveness to the restoration of service and in compliance with SLAs
- Be an actor in the rise of his skills (functional and technical) on its perimeter (new project extension perimeter etc.)
- Contribute to communication around his profession
- Organize documentation/knowledge base of our solutions
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
- Experienced in Application production run support
- Autonomous rigorous with a high personal commitment
- Be curious and initiative-taking searching for innovative solutions
- Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis
- Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations such as errors inproduction
- Be able to manage and prioritize incidents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
- Incident management around the Web front and associated APIs
- WEB technology known (Java JEE REST and SOAP WEB services API Angular Responsive web application)
- Event streaming message technology: Kafka
- Tools: Service Now Jira Lanta CMS Oracle SQL databases
- Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
- Travel outside of Portugal during Tribe events
- Fluency in French
