Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
岗位职责:
1与多学科团队合作开发和实施当前发布产品的改进设计并协助开发下一代产品;参与系统改进设计规范验证方案实施的开发和测试
2收集和分析客户现场系统的数据以确定系统性或间歇性问题的来源
3在现场服务工程师未能解决复杂系统性能问题的情况下通过电子邮件电话或在全球的客户现场提供能产生实际帮助的书面行动计划对高级别现场问题做出响应
4撰写技术报告来沟通问题分析技术评估系统状态最优方案和工程建议能够快速掌握设计和执行多学科实验撰写和评审详细的测试计划和系统测试总结报告
5协调并执行根本原因分析以解决问题与服务制造工程和营销团队紧密沟通定义和优化系统性能并解决性能问题
6协调外部供应商执行和交付子系统产品在事业部总部动手解决和维护工程原型系统
任职要求
1具有工程物理材料科学或相关领域的学位
2具备半导体制造光学机械系统晶圆处理系统和伺服控制系统的工作知识具有半导体行业良率和过程控制仪器系统的经验
3熟悉数据分析工具如JMP Matlab Microsoft Excel
4具有优秀的英语口头和书面沟通组织分析和人际交往能力能够与内部跨职能团队部门管理层以及外部客户进行清晰沟通应聘者应能自我驱动同时具有很强的团队合作精神
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
