Description of the role:
The BDC Manageris responsible for overseeing the Business Development Center operations providing leadership and direction to the team and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve sales and appointment targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions
- Monitor and analyze team performance and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Collaborate with the sales department to improve lead management processes
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a BDC or sales management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
