What you will do:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Tax Team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in tax or finance operations executive support budget management and cross-functional coordination.
You will play a pivotal role in managing departmental operations supporting budget analysis coordinating vendor relationships and ensuring smooth logistical execution across tax-related functions.
How you will do it:
Departmental Operations
Manage the General Tax Department mailbox
Request onboarding computers for new hires and Deloitte contractors
Liaise with IT for staff computer needs
Keep country contact portal and records updated
Maintain and update W-9 records
Analyze the tax budget and support budget management activities
Work with vendors and accounting to obtain accrual information
Assist with electronic file migration
Assist team members with vendor purchase order processes
Assist with electronic file organization
Executive Support
Tax Filing & Payment Coordination
Mail and manage federal and international tax forms amended returns and notices
Submit quarterly tax estimates and extension payments
Handle mailing and depositing of state income tax SUT and property tax refund checks
What we look for:
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in tax finance operations or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel
Experience with electronic data filing and vendor management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Strong organizational skills

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $57000 -$72000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.) Requires 3 days in office.
