Who we are looking for: highly energetic and DYNAMIC individuals to conduct FUN chess workshops during the school year in Elementary Schools around Long Island. Teaching or education background is a plus but not necessary. This is a part time position at 2 to 5 days per week and 1 1/2 hours per day. We pay $50 per 1 hour workshop.
Requirements:
- You must be available at least 2-5 afternoons per week between the hours of 2:30pm and 5pm.
- Good communication skills attention to detail and a joyful approach to teaching
- Experience working with children ages 6-11
- Access to reliable transportation
- Very outgoing and fun personality
This is basic FUN chess.
