About the Role

Leveraging knowledge in digital technologies (Websites eCommerce SEO etc.) the role involves administration support and guidance to ensure consistent application of best practices across all digital touchpoints within the company and with our customers and consumers.

This is a hybrid role in Napa CA and preference is given to candidates in the Bay Area commutable to the Napa office.

Key Responsibilities

Supports the development and execution of digital technology initiatives with the divisions to elevate experiences across digital business touchpoints including owned and third-party eCommerce websites. This role leverages technical knowledge and curiosity to drive growth and ensure consistent best-in-class experiences.

Key areas of support responsibility:

  • Owned and Third-Party eCommerce (Consumer and Customer) experiences and enhancements
  • Brand websites and enhancements
  • Technical SEO implementation tasks in support of digital business goals
  • Website accessibility initiatives
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy and activities
  • Assisting with personalization strategy and implementation
  • Creating deployment and best practice playbooks
  • Using contributing and educating on digital business and website performance reporting
  • Supporting self-serve and improvement test frameworks

Key Decisions in this role:

  • Strategy & Prioritisation:
    • Recommend and support eCommerce platform investment and growth strategies.
    • Support delivery of feature roadmaps for Owned and Third-Party eCommerce sites and systems.
    • Recommend and support areas for A/B testing or optimization
  • Experience Optimization:
    • Design and implement CRO strategies based on data analysis.
    • Lead the execution of website accessibility features and personalisation strategies for eCommerce.
  • Technical Enablement:
    • Collaborate with the division to develop SEO strategies and prioritise technical implementation.
    • Recommend and implement technical solutions for digital business initiatives.
  • Usability & Self-Service:
    • Support and enable the development of frameworks for self-service and improvement tests to ensure divisions can independently run their digital business initiatives.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital business or eCommerce role.
  • Track record of implementing successful digital business strategies.
  • Experience in managing a backlog of digital business initiatives.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with website accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance.
  • Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
  • Technical competence in various marketing technologies including Shopify Klaviyo and Gorgias.
  • Working knowledge of web development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS Javascript).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability manage workload across multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within budget constraints.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $100000-$106000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
