Salary: 30455 per annum to 36257 per annum (London weighted salary) or 26296 per annum to 31667 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience
Grade: 5
Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford
Persona: Agile -20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/workinglocation (hybrid working)

Are you someone who enjoys working with data solving problems and making a difference This is a brilliant opportunity to start your career in HR and help shape how we use information to support our people.
As a Junior HR Analyst youll build and maintain reports dashboards and data tools that support HR and the wider business. Youll help us understand whats working where we can improve and how we can support our people better.
Were growing our data capability and need someone whos curious detail-focused and ready to learn. Your insights will help us meet our goals and make sure our HR services are efficient effective and people-centred.
Youll report to the HR Systems & MI Manager and work closely with teams across HR including Payroll Recruitment and Business Partners.
