The Customer Service Representative position primarily involves supporting our customers sales associates and delivery associates with any customer-oriented needs. This position involves dealing with customer payments licenses credits and pricing while also helping sales and delivery associates with any needs they may have pertaining to customers and addition to these roles the customer service representative may fulfill some office duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from customers sales associates and delivery associates and provide support
- Provide back-up for department co-workers as needed
- Balance load sheets by verifying accuracy of inventory matching payments to invoices and verifying driver entries
- Manage FINTECH ESCROW iCONTROL GXS and charge payments
- Set up new customers and update customer licenses
- Apply credits to customers accounts
- Investigate pricing issues and make corrections
- Bill leaker credit tickets
- Bill sample requests
- Perform data entry
- Scan and process customer checks
- Handle returned checks
- Bill glassware requests
- Bill beer cart requests
- Order office supplies and maintain spreadsheets of inventory
- Fulfill mail room duties
- File customer and supplier invoices as required
- Occasional billing of sales orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
