Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
- Follow activities scheduled
- Collection of all equipment / toys at the end shift
- Check area for any problems and report to Technical Services
- Follow pre-opening opening closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
- Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club handling reservations and payments up-selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties
- Organize and accompany children activities according to the Kids Club concept always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service
- Handling kids club consumables and mershandising stock managing available material
- Coordenate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge
- Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing taylor made exepriences for Kids
- Assit on organizing kids experiences with other departments
- Must be able to stand reach with hands and arms
- Use hands to climb or balance
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Assist on coordenating child amenities and Kids Club gifts
- Personalized child minding services (evenning baby-sitting and toddlers daytime service)
- Organizing and accompanying the Kids Club outdoor activities swimming-pool activities and kids sports
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification: CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
