- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication organisational and decision-making abilities.
- A compassionate and professional approach with a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
