Salary: 58500
Day Shifts 45 Hours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse (RGN) to join a welcoming care home that provides high-quality residential nursing and dementia care. The successful candidate will play an important role in leading the nursing team ensuring safe person-centred care and supporting the continuous development of the service.
What Were Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication organisational and decision-making abilities.
- A compassionate and professional approach with a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents with diverse needs including dementia care.
- Oversee care planning medication management and clinical governance.
- Support staff training supervision and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with residents families and external healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
