Salary: 58500

Day Shifts 45 Hours per week

What Were Looking For

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
Excellent communication organisational and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities
