Senior Nurse (RGN) Nursing Home

Salary: 58500

Day Shifts 45 Hours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse (RGN) to join a welcoming care home that provides high-quality residential nursing and dementia care. Set in a stunning location with beautiful views this is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse with proven clinical expertise and leadership skills to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will play an important role in leading the nursing team ensuring safe person-centred care and supporting the continuous development of the service.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
  • Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication organisational and decision-making abilities.
  • A compassionate and professional approach with a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
