Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop relationships with potential customers through various channels including networking events social media and referrals
- Identify the needs and preferences of each customer and provide tailored recommendations for Jaguar Land Rover products and services
- Utilize strong communication skills and product knowledge to effectively present and sell vehicles to customers
- Stay up-to-date on Jaguar Land Rover models and features to provide accurate and compelling information to customers
- Negotiate and close sales with customers ensuring a positive experience and representing the Jaguar Land Rover brand with professionalism and integrity
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to all local state and federal laws and regulations
