Pay: $21 $23/hour BOE
Schedule: Monday Friday 5:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
Location: Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are hiring a Structural Welder MIG (3G Position) to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. This role focuses on welding vertical joints on structural steel components using advanced MIG (GMAW) processes. A successful Structural Welder MIG (3G Position) will ensure strong precise welds that meet safety quality and industry standards for construction industrial and support structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding in the 3G position focusing on vertical joints for structural steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and job specifications.
- Prepare materials set up welding equipment and maintain proper welding techniques.
- Inspect welds for conformance to standards and correct any defects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of welds and project progress.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a structural welder specializing in MIG welding.
- Ability to pass a 3G MIG test (downhill root and uphill cap).
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Must be dependable punctual and able to work long shifts.
