About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director to lead the operations and clinical services of our outpatient surgery center. This key leadership role provides strategic direction and day-to-day oversight across all ASC functionsensuring safe high-quality and efficient patient care in full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

The ASC Director is accountable for managing financial performance leading and developing staff optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of the ASC.

• Ensure delivery of safe high-quality and patient-centered care.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation bodies (e.g. AAAHC Joint Commission CMS).

• Oversee staffing employee development and performance management.

• Lead budgeting financial oversight and data-driven operational improvements.

• Collaborate with physicians staff and external partners to support ASC goals.

• Promote a positive accountable and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

• Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• Active unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration ideally within an ASC or outpatient surgical environment.

• Leadership experience in other industries will be considered.

• Demonstrated success in budget management regulatory compliance and operational oversight.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor coach and manage accountability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology.

• Strong organizational analytical and decision-making abilities.

Compensation:
This is a full-time exempt position with a hiring salary range of $114000 to $131000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
