Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10-12 members
  • Monitor team performance provide feedback and mentor team members to improve performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team & with other departments
  • Identify and resolve problems escalate complex issues to seniors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM Industry preferably in Incident Management/Helpdesk Operations.
  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor for atleast an year
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse problems and make informed decisions.
  • Well-versed with MS-Excel
