Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-12 members
- Monitor team performance provide feedback and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team & with other departments
- Identify and resolve problems escalate complex issues to seniors as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ATM Industry preferably in Incident Management/Helpdesk Operations.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor for atleast an year
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse problems and make informed decisions.
- Well-versed with MS-Excel
