A RAM (RDA and Metrology) TD Technician are responsible for monitoring sustaining and improving the lot moves in RAM Area while working in partnership with TD RAM Engineers as well as F10 Shift Operations team members from both RAM and other process this role RAM TD Technicians:
- Study lot moves performance and improve lot moves efficiency.
- Monitor and improve cycle time through systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Use automation and PC/software skills to improve operations efficiency by preparing records charts and graphs to identify area of improvement.
- Perform basic analysis of measurement data including conducting GR&R and fixing RAM tools and performance to support investigations for process deviations.
- Work on lot disposition at RAM steps including recipe optimization for lots stuck at step.
- Setup data collections via Germ Deviation Manager (GDM) and/or Dynamic Traveler (DT)
