A Day in the Life

Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for assigned Payroll Area

Process a weekly payroll for approx. 1000 union and non-unionized hourly employees

Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial Payroll legislation and company policies

Process payroll adjustments including bonuses deductions allowances etc. as required

Run payroll departmental reports as required

Print and distribute pay statements and/or cheques on a weekly basis

Assist in the processing of record of employments on a weekly basis

Maintain employee records as per government regulations

Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk

Liaison with branches on payroll related items

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information

Assist with other payroll-related duties as assigned

What we are seeking:

Minimum 1 years of experience in Processing Payroll

Minimum 1 years of SAP Success Factors experience preferred

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook

Strong organizational skills

Accuracy and attention to detail a must

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CPA Certification an asset
