Job Summary
This role is an integral partner in coordinating recruiting activities building our candidate pipelines and influencing the candidate experience. The ideal person will have incredible attention to detail great customer service skills and an ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision.
Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and by targeted networking.
Source candidates through various means such as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) LinkedIn Indeed Facebook HireEZ cold calling etc.
Ensure candidates have an excellent candidate experience with timely responses and follow up materials provided etc.
Collaborate with recruitment team to implement effective sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate pipeline lists assuring they are always up to date with new contacts.
Administer recruitment promotions/campaigns (mailing publicity contest tracking etc.).
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods to ensure we are attracting the right type of candidates.
Build relationships with passive candidates through networking on various platforms.
Track recruitment activity and update reports.
Assist with agency candidate searches and screens including participating in intake conversations with agency partners and hiring managers.
Assist in managing candidate activity in the ATS.
Follow up on emails and distribute appropriately.
Assist in booking travel for candidate interviews.

Education
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience
Knowledge and Skills
