Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Media Journalism Mass Communication Linguistics or Psychology or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a Quality Evangelist who thrives at making sure our documents meet specifications thinks out of the box and has stellar communication skills.
You have a background in Media Journalism Mass Communication Linguistics or Psychology with experience in working with content and media.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Ensure Accuracy Proofread check and refine template content to uphold the highest standards of credibility and clarity.
Test Efficacy Learn and utilize our in-house tools to verify quality of product provide continuous feedback for fine-tuning the testing framework and test efficacy of tooling. Strong Communicator Successfully work in an agile environment with various stakeholders and pod members.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Unparalleled Attention to Detail Ability to spot inconsistencies and refine content for ultimate clarity.
Stellar Communication Skills Successfully work as part of a global team and manage stakeholders expectations.
Proofreading Mastery Expertise in identifying grammatical structural and contextual errors that impact document quality.
