Position Responsibilities:
- Work with Advanced Analytics team support whole Manulife departments in different countries.
- Strong ability to extract transform and stage data for consumption.
- Develops and implements ad-hoc business analytics and reporting on projects of moderate scope.
- Works on problems of moderate scope / complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Demonstrates the ability to generate relevant actionable insights based on iterative data analysis.
- Communicates business analytics of moderate complexity to more senior team members and junior business partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline with 3 years of applicable experience or a combination of education and experience
- Deep understanding of one programing language such as (Python / R / C )
- Advanced skill on chart design
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models / Deep Learning models
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
- Experience and deep understanding of relational databases ( SQL / HDFS )
