Access Telehealth is seeking passionate and adaptable General Practitioners to join our growing Access Aged Care division. This is a unique opportunity to work across a combination of telehealth and face-to-face services supporting aged care residents with high-quality co-managed clinical care.
We offer a range of flexible workstreams to suit your lifestyle availability and areas of interest.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting a General Practitioner to work across multiple service streams. You may be required to work across one or more of the following based on your preferences and our evolving needs:
1. Face-to-Face Rounds with a Nurse
- In-person aged care visits including admissions reviews and care planning
- $250/hour minimum plus an agreed loading (up to 3040% in high-need scenarios)
- Melbourne-based: May be open to travel within Victoria
2. GP Locum Work
- Provide after-hours or weekend coverage via telehealth
- $55 per consult
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
- Passion for aged care and improving access for vulnerable populations
- Comfortable working independently via telehealth
- Collaborative and communicative approach to patient care
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person care (as negotiated)
- FRACGP or FACRRM Fellowed
Kindly note: Candidates under the 10-year moratorium cannot be considered for the Telehealth element of this role.
