Job Description
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience as a technical software project or program manager
- Strong experience in driving complex and multi-functional software projects and integrations
- Experience in the realm of media post-production ingestion and processing spanning audio video text and images
- Experience defining metadata media needs/requirements and developing/adapting tooling to support it
- Experience with CMSs DAMs MAMs ie any asset management platform
- Strong understanding of media file types and deliverables
- Understanding of non-linear editing software (ie FCP) and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to synthesize information simplify complex concepts and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels
- High attention to detail; able to quickly adsorb terminology and understand dependencies across various technology stacks
- Highly organized; proven track record of defining processes and establishing them
- Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
