In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate Professional P2 level position level position within the Client Service & Relationship Management area.

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Professionals on the Householding Service Desk serve as an expert point of contact for the field related to householding inquiries. Inquiries may include the householding of accounts system support navigation forms and policy compliance. Expert knowledge of householding policies and procedures is required. We assist branches with householding that can not be completed at the branch level while performing the necessary due diligence to ensure requests conform with householding policies. This often means delving deeper into accounts/requests that what is initially presented.
