Mars Wrigley R&D Factory Innovation Internship Experience

Locations in: Cleveland TN & Elizabethtown PA

As a Mars Wrigley R&D Factory Innovation Intern you will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Product process and packaging development
• Site Manufacturing and Engineering Teams
• Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs.
• Sensory
• Work with a Line Manager who will serve as your day-to-day on-site mentor to provide guidance throughout the experience.

Mars Wrigley Research and Development Internship Experience

Locations in: Chicago IL & Hackettstown NJ

As a Mars Wrigley Research and Development Intern you will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs
• Product process or packaging development
• Science & Technology
• Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs
• Sensory
• Work with a Functional Lead who will serve as your day-to-day on-site mentor to provide guidance throughout the experience.

We are looking for Students who are:

• Proactive curious and passionate with a strong drive for results a hunger to learn and an eagerness to quickly build relationships across the organization enabling them to support our R&D day-to-day operations.
• Enthusiastic aboutour iconic brandsresearch innovation andthe consumer products industry
• Pursuing degrees in Chemical/Mechanical/Biological Engineering Food Science Data Science Environmental Science Biological Systems Packaging or Chemical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines
• Excited about leveraging data to make decisions that drive efficiency
• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors) or the summer prior to their junior year (rising juniors). Open to students legally authorized to work in the the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
• We leverage our internship program to feed our Regional R&D Teams post-graduation and build our talent pipeline for future technical and people leaders. Our successful interns will receive full-time offers to start their career with Mars!
• Some of the internship positions available might be located at a facility that process nuts or allows dogs and cats on site. Please let us know if this raises any concerns so that we can address them.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion ofdrug & background screening.
