Your Challenge
Were not looking for a helper. Were looking for an owner - someone whos ready to take full responsibility for how EverReal integrates with the outside world. ERP systems CRMs third-party APIs internal workflows - if data flows between systems its your domain.
This role is ideal for an engineer with something to prove - someone who doesnt just want to get tasks but wants to own outcomes move fast and grow 10x faster than at a corporate job. Youll learn by building breaking fixing and scaling. Youll be surrounded by senior engineers and founders who move fast and hold a high bar. Youll get real feedback and real responsibility - fast.

YOU WILL:
- Take full ownership of integrations across our stack: ERP CRM internal tools and external APIs
- Design build and maintain automations using N8n custom code ( and other AI-native tools
- Work across teams to deeply understand business processes and build systems that make them 10x more efficient
- Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues - no one else will do it for you
- Become the go-to expert for anything involving webhooks APIs or third-party system glue
- Contribute clean testable code and participate in code reviews to sharpen your craft
