Your Role & Responsibilities
Oversee and direct production personnel in railcar unloading packaging blending and tanker loading.
Develop production personnel and monitor work practices to ensure that work is safe efficient and accurate.
Comply with and enforce all safety procedures operating procedures and policies. Reinforce a strong safety culture at the site.
Approve/monitor overtime work.
Develop and implement the detailed daily production schedule.
Perform various computer transactions to add material to inventory upon receipt print bill of ladings manage inventory
input/communicate quality issues etc.
Insure equipment is in proper operating condition; report any repair issues to the Maintenance Department.
Represent Brenntag Pacific group in a professional manner.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience in the chemical industry and three years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read write and speak the English language. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.

Forklift and Driving Experience
Possess good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Ability to supervise/lead others by setting expectations monitoring performance coaching as needed and holding employees accountable for their performance.
Possess good written/oral communication skills.
