Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for insurance sales and a proven ability to close leads.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage technology and company resources to streamline the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of insurance sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to source and close new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with independent and captive agency operations is a plus.
